WrapTec: The self-welding product for water tight sealing
WrapTec is Braas Monier's new jacketing material in the area of thermal/technical insulation. Thanks to more than 20 years experience in sealing and know-how in a variety of construction areas we were able to develop WrapTec. It is an innovative substitute for sheet metal cladding. Due to its unique self-welding effect it is possible to create 100% watertight installation in a very short time. WrapTec protects the insulation from moisture and prevents corrosion under insulation (CUI) at the pipe system. All kinds of insulation materials can be covered with almost no special tools. WrapTec is suitable for outdoor usage as it is highly UV resistant and weatherproof. The environment-friendly recipe of WrapTec provides a wide range of application areas. Beside the product features, WrapTec provides supply chain advantages, due to less storage space needed. Furthermore it simplifies transport to and on building site.
