Change in the Board of Directors at Braas Monier Building Group S.A.

With effect from today, Gilles Vanel (BNP Paribas) resigned from his mandate as Non-Executive Director of Braas Monier Building Group S.A. on his own accord. Mr Vanel was appointed member of the Board of Directors of Braas Monier Building Group S.A. on 4 June 2014.
