Georg Harrasser started his career at Braas Monier in May 1993 as assistant to management of the Italian subsidiary in Kiens, South Tyrol. He subsequently held various positions in quality management, as plant manager and Industrial Director for concrete and clay tiles. On 1 June 2006 he was appointed CEO of Monier Italy. In March 2010 he relocated to Malaysia as CEO of Monier Asia Pacific, and at the beginning of 2012 he also assumed regional responsibility for the South African roofing business. Since early 2013 Georg Harrasser was Regional President of the Group’s Central, Northern & Eastern European region. Since January 2016 he was COO for the Braas Monier Building Group. Georg Harrasser graduated from the Technical University Munich with degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Business Management. He is a member of the Braas Monier Board of Directors.

Since October 2013 Matthew Russell has been holding the position of Chief Financial Officer of the Braas Monier Building Group. Matthew Russell holds a master's degree in chemistry from the University of Oxford and is a Chartered Accountant and fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Until November 2012 he held the position of Director Group Reporting, Controlling & Consolidation at HeidelbergCement AG. Prior to that, from 2007 until 2010, he was the company's Head of Planning & Controlling. Matthew Russell started his career in the building materials industry at Hanson plc, where he held a number of management positions.
